This 30-minute service gives you direct technical assistance via a remote control of your installation. It's ideal for quickly resolving a problem or finalising a configuration.
After making an appointment, a technician accesses your interface using a secure tool (TeamViewer, Anydesk, etc.) to analyse, diagnose or adjust your GCE Electronics equipment: IPX800, extensions, scenarios, interfaces, etc.
No action is taken without your agreement. This service is planned in advance and requires an active Internet connection on the site of the intervention.
