The DMX 512 protocol is a communication standard mainly used for the control of scenic or architectural lighting projectors.
Most professional lighting equipment are equipped with DMX sockets.
The X-DMX addon is automatically recognized by the IPX800 V4 or V5.
As soon as it's connected to its RJ12 ports, the DMX channels are immediatly controllable live but also through scenes that must be created in the IPX800 V4 and that it will be possible to recall at any time either manually or in finction of events.
The X-DMX addon is supplied with a 3 point RJ45 to XLR adapter cable.
